The Sub2k seemed awesome until I shot the weapon, it cycled well (no jams) however after 12 years as an airborne sapper in the 82nd. and the 173rd abct in

Very well done, easy to install and very well made will zero the weapon this weekend! I am now (because) of your product happy I bought this weapon. Thank you! Good job, "AIRBORNE"!

Great quality, a necessity on Sub2000
October 4, 2013
Reviewer: John from Lee's Summit, MO United States
The quality and machining of this sight is excellent and a great value. Installed very easily and the fit is very precise. The plastic factory sights on the Sub2000 are a joke. Mine broke into pieces the first time I tried to adjust it. Kel-tec dropped the ball on that part. Without the Red Lion my weapon would be unusable. Kel-tec should just buy these in bulk from Red Lion and put them on at the factory.

THE PERFECT SOLUTION

As everyone knows the biggest flaw/problem with the kel-tec sub 2000 was its front sights! I mean they made an amazing weapon but cheaped out on the most important part...worrying about breaking the factory sight and god forbid you needed to adjust it...definitely not something you wanna worry about in a battle type scenario! RLP gives you a reliable and familiar AR-15 type front post! Easy to install and simple/fast to adjust for windage/elevation! Definitely would trust my life with it!

A Must Have Item

I literally just finished the install on the R6 Forend and R7 Front Sight. These were a breeze to install and now I can begin adding the accessories I would like. These are very well thought out. The only thing I needed was the heat gun to remove the front sight properly and Harbor Freight took care of that. Fits like a glove an operates smooth!

Amazing quality! Unmatched against the cheap, plastic stock sight. You guys sure do make some high quality, American made products! Thanks Red Lion!

Fast delivery, fit great, no problems.

No dremel tool, so I used a soldering gun with a flat blade attachment to melt/cut the original front sight off. I used the bushing for the Keltec bushing, so I didn't need to remove that bushing. Installed easily, lined up with the lock easily. No problems, would recommend.

Kel-Tec Front Sight Removal
March 7, 2013
Reviewer: Daniel Jolly from Jacksonville, FL United States
Some, think the front site of the Kel_Tec has to be destroyed to remove. I found this not to be the case. I just heated the barrel with a heat gun, on the outer edges of the Kel-Tec site and as it began to heat up, I held the top portion of the site with my fingers and began to apply pressure back and forth until the site with bushing began to move. Then bushin and site came off. No problem.

Great Quality For The Price

Removal of the original bushing and plastic thing. Once it is completly removed, it is a breeze. Works like a gem, Fits butt extension like the original. Highly recommended. Add the forend and you have a great tat rifle for the price.

Can't wait for them to be back in stock

@Mark from Oregon, there are notes saying you have to destroy the old sight. If you have a new Red Lion you aren't going to use, I would take it off your hands.
